🛒 Ordering & Payments

1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen books to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, instant EFT, and PayFast.

3. Can I pay via EFT or bank transfer?
Yes! Just select “Manual EFT” at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

4. Do you offer cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer COD at this time — all orders must be paid online before shipping.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Rural areas may take slightly longer.

6. How much is shipping?
PAXI - R70
Couier to door - R100
Pudo Locker to Locker - R70

7. Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. International shipping options will be added soon.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

9. Can I return or exchange a book?
Yes! If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

10. What if I change my mind after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Once shipped, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

11. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

 

📦 Products & Availability

12. Are all books on the site in stock?
All titles are in stock. If a book is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a refund.

13. Do you sell eBooks or audiobooks?
We currently focus on physical books, but eBooks and audiobooks may be added in the future.

14. Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders — contact us for a custom quote.
