Marjorie Bevan (1900-1966) was a British children's author who wrote and published nine school stories for girls. Born in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire in 1900, she was the daughter of Tom Bevan, a schoolmaster and prolific author of boys' adventure stories, who also published under the pseudonym Walter Bamfylde.
